These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 899n platform. Please read them carefully before registering or depositing. By accessing 899n you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
These six cards summarise the most important aspects of using 899n. They do not replace the full terms — please read all sections below.
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — to register and use 899n. Age verification is mandatory. Under-age gambling is strictly prohibited.

Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts result in suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds. Full identity verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions set at time of offer. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds until qualifying wagering is complete.

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 899n (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 899n website at https://899n.cam and all associated services, products, software, live betting features, casino games and promotional offerings available through the Platform.
By registering an account, accessing the website, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided by 899n, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any sport-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.
899n is designed to serve English-speaking users in Pakistan and internationally. We acknowledge that Pakistan has specific legal frameworks governing gambling activities, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes legal advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in online gambling is lawful in your specific location.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licence conditions, to register an account and use any service on the 899n Platform. 899n reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a User is found to be under the minimum age, the Account will be closed immediately and all funds — including any winnings — may be withheld.
The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 899n is lawful in your country or territory. 899n makes no representation that the services are available or appropriate for use in all locations. Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Balances and, at 899n's discretion, forfeiture of Real-Money Balances held in any duplicate Account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your Account and to keep that information updated. Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. You must notify 899n support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 899n will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.
In compliance with KYC and AML obligations, 899n requires Users to verify their identity before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before continued deposit or wagering. Verification documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani National Identity Card, passport or driving licence), proof of address, and in some cases source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation will result in withdrawal suspension until compliance is achieved.
899n reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the User breaches any provision of this Agreement; (b) KYC or AML requirements are not met; (c) fraudulent, collusive or suspicious activity is detected; or (d) applicable law requires it. In the event of closure due to User fault, any pending Bonus Balance will be forfeited and Real-Money Balances may be held pending investigation.
Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant in accordance with the operator's dormancy policy. Dormant Account fees or administrative charges may apply as set out in the current fee schedule published on the Platform. Users will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant Account, log in and, if prompted, complete any outstanding KYC steps.
The payment methods accepted by 899n are displayed in the Platform cashier at time of transaction. Methods available may vary by region. References to Pakistani payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made for contextual familiarity only. 899n does not claim that any payment provider endorses gambling or has a commercial relationship with the operator. Each payment provider's own terms of service govern the use of that service.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 899n reserves the right to return deposits made from payment accounts that do not match the verified Account holder's identity. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts verified as belonging to the same individual as the 899n Account holder. Before a withdrawal is processed, the User must have: (a) completed all required KYC verification steps; (b) satisfied any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus funds; and (c) met any minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the chosen payment method. 899n reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method, account verification status, and operational review requirements. 899n does not guarantee specific processing speeds. Compliance checks, AML reviews and payment-provider processing windows all affect actual transfer times. Users are advised to complete KYC in advance of their first withdrawal request to minimise potential delays.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits made to 899n without first contacting 899n support to attempt resolution constitutes a breach of this Agreement. In the event of a confirmed fraudulent chargeback, 899n reserves the right to close the relevant Account, forfeit associated balances and pursue recovery through appropriate legal channels.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the general bonus terms set out in this clause apply. Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. 899n reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
Bonus funds — including any winnings generated from bonus funds — are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements; live casino games, table games and certain other categories may carry reduced or zero contribution rates.
Any attempt to abuse, circumvent or exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinated wagering to reduce risk on bonus funds, using automated betting systems, or low-risk staking strategies designed solely to extract bonus value — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 899n reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings and close Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus funds and the associated Wagering Requirements expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account balance automatically. Real-Money Balances are not affected by bonus expiry.
A bet is considered accepted when the Platform displays a confirmed bet reference number and the stake is deducted from the User's Real-Money or Bonus Balance. 899n reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
All odds are displayed as either decimal, fractional or moneyline format as selected by the User. Odds displayed are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. In-play odds fluctuate continuously in response to match events. 899n does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific market or price once displayed.
In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds, erroneous game outcomes caused by technical failure, or software malfunction — 899n reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. 899n accepts no liability for any profit or loss arising from reliance on erroneous odds or game results arising from technical issues outside its reasonable control.
Cricket betting markets on 899n, including Pakistan home internationals, PSL franchise matches and ICC tournament events, are offered for betting context only. 899n has no official affiliation with, sponsorship from or endorsement by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket franchise or team. League and team names are referenced solely for the purpose of identifying betting events.
Users are encouraged to make use of deposit limits, session time reminders and other Responsible Gambling Tools available in Account settings. 899n strongly discourages chasing losses. If gambling is causing you financial, emotional or personal harm, please visit the Responsible Gambling page immediately.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 899n Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
899n is committed to providing a safe, controlled gambling environment. Gambling is intended to be a recreational activity. If it ceases to be enjoyable, or if you find yourself spending beyond your means, losing track of time, or feeling compelled to chase losses, please stop and seek help.
The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available in your Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods (temporary account breaks), and self-exclusion (permanent or time-limited account block). 899n processes all self-exclusion requests promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the Platform will not send promotional communications to the affected Account.
Users who believe they or someone they know may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from recognised responsible gambling support organisations in their jurisdiction. In Pakistan, users should consult a qualified mental health professional or counsellor. Internationally recognised support resources include GamCare and Gamblers Anonymous (text-only references — availability in Pakistan should be verified locally). 899n does not represent or guarantee the services of any third-party organisation.
All content on the 899n Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations and game content — is the property of 899n or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational use in accordance with this Agreement. No right, title or interest in any Platform content is transferred to you by virtue of your use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without express prior written authorisation from 899n.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 899n, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, gambling losses, or losses resulting from technical outages, internet connectivity failures or unauthorised account access.
899n's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money deposits made by that User to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
899n reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at https://899n.cam/terms-conditions and will be identified by the effective date displayed at the top of this page.
Where a proposed amendment materially affects User rights or obligations, 899n will provide reasonable advance notice via Account notification or a prominent website notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.
This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction, details of which are available on request from 899n support. Any dispute not resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or regulatory body of the operator's licence jurisdiction.
Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local courts may also have jurisdiction over certain matters. This Agreement does not limit any mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable Pakistani law. However, 899n makes no representation that pursuing claims through Pakistani courts would be enforceable against the operator.
Before escalating any dispute to a regulatory body or court, Users are requested to submit a formal complaint to 899n's support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period for the Platform to investigate and respond.
